Catching Up

This week has been so busy.  When we get new interns and have all the extra meetings we go long hours.  It felt good today to finish up the laundry I started last night and to clean our condo.  We needed to go to Costco today to get the thing I needed for Monday night.  The bishopric asked us to do family home evening at the Barlow on Monday. We decided with it being a holiday that we would make taco soup and have a light meal and hope some of our other students from George Washington University, Georgetown University, and American University will join us so they can meet the Barlow's. We will talk about some fun things to do in the city and then let them break into groups and go play.

I feel the demand for food starting again.  In addition to our four classes we teach each week we have Monday FHE, Sunday Sept. 13 refreshments for Young adult world wide devotional, on Sept. 14 arrange for the pizza's for the bishopric FHE, arrange for the bagels breakfast for Sept 18 before Valley Forge, the refreshments for woman's general conference, refreshments for priesthood session, and then dinner for Sunday between conference sessions.   I really do feel like meals on wheels.

  3. That is a lot of food to be responsible for, good thing you are a great cook. I'd probably order out or get others to help!
