Creche Display

We attended the Chevy Chase Ward today.  They do not hold church in our ward on the last Sunday of the year because so many young adults have gone home.  There were a lot missing from the Chevy Chase Ward as well.  There were a few of us from the young adult ward in attendance today and it helped increase their numbers a little.  After Church we headed to the National Cathedral. We have been trying for three weeks to go back to the National Cathedral to see their Creche Display.   We glanced at it when Justin and Sarah were here but we wanted to spend more time.  Every time we stopped they were having some kind of special Christmas performance and wouldn't let us in to go look without buying tickets to the performance.  Today we finally got in.  It was back to a normal schedule.   I will only include those creche that either represent some place someone in our family has gone to, or is from, or the ones I really liked.

Lisa gave me a tiny little nativity from Puerto Rico when she was on a mission there.  It is the tiniest little nativity on a poinsettia flower. I have always loved that one and this was still bigger than that.

We came home and put away our Christmas decorations.  Which was mainly my two new creches.  They are boxed and ready to go home.
