We are teaching the corner stone course, Jesus Christ and the Everlasting Gospel. The lessons seem somewhat simplified and yet they cover critical doctrine that needs to be understood. In the past two evening classes we have some fairly young converts. Tonight we had a young man baptized on Sunday. The thing that has surprised me is in both classes we had a student say I had an epiphany tonight. Things came together for them that they were not clear on. These basic doctrines are critical to understanding the mission of the Savior. Joseph Smith said in the King Follett Sermon, "If we start right, it is easy to go right all the time; but if we start wrong we may go wrong, and it will be a hard matter to get right. ...If men do not comprehend the character of God, they do not comprehend themselves."
